The answers
Good thinking on part of Hira as well as almost all of these organs are involved by histiocytic nodules in Langerhan's Histiocytosis but skin involvement is not that varied, being mostly in the form of small and large waxy macules. Lung involvement is mostly the same (to non-pulmonologist), kidney is rarely if ever involved and no account of the disease is complete without mention of bony involvement in the form of cystic bony lesions.
There is nothing wrong in searching net when answering any of the cases posted. This is definitely not cheating as the purpose of gaining knowledge is still served.

Re: Name each component of the syndrome
Well ill try sir....
The lesion on the trunk is Shagreen spot????While another organ involvement is the heart ( rhabdomyomas)..actually all these organs are involved as there is 'hamartomatous' change in them( normal tissu but disorganized arrangement and then unrestricted growth ). I still cant get the lung lesion's name and the fundal tubers...:-(
