NAME THE LESION

Here's a snap of the hands of a 25-30 years old person who recently came to JAIDE, actually he was referred there by our derma department. He was obese as regards his BMI ( was around 34), with a very strong family history of ischemic heart disease along with dyslipidemias. He currently had no active complaints except that he was concerned about losing weight and secondly he has these lesions on the dorsum of his distal phalanges for the last year or so. The lesions were non pruritic and no discharge or pus ever exuded from them. His examination was unremarkable and there were no such lesions else where. The lesions were firm in consistency and non-tender...what are theY???? :
