Seems like a vasculitis...because the rash seems as such on the face and ankle. Can it be giant cell arteritis?

the fishy thing is that its involving the opthalmic and maxilary territory of the trigeminal nerve..hmm

sir this was the case i diagnosed in my 2nd yr of p.g training...u can clearly see port wine stains in the distribution of trigeminal nerve....
ofcourse u would hav easily picked up a bookish pic of struge-weber syndrome!

and i can only identify the bed he is lying on...rest is beyond my scope.

OOH...well...honestly i didnt get that one...:-(Seriously havent read about it...or ever seen it..:-(

well i have seen small port wine stains on babies...but never thought they would occur in such a pattern that they involve nerve divisions like this......thanks for sharing dr.asif
