pancreatititis ke sath toh sir Purtscher's retinopathy associated hai..but the picture is not exactly the same.it should have cotton wool spots around the disc.

Hello! Asif Humayoun where are you! add a syndrome to you vocabulary. Just kidding. OK! Such fundi are very likely to crop up in OSCE of examination. Telling straightaway will spoil the fun. So a hint again. Its not a consequence of pancreatitis but is a likely pointer to its etiology. Concentrate on vessels.
